Success...

Success is neither magical nor mysterious. Success is the natural consequence of consistently applying the basic fundamentals.

But not you...

Let others lead small lives, but not you. Let others argue over small things, but not you. Let others cry over small hurts, but not you. Let others leave their future in someone else's hands, but not you.

Jim Rohn
I had to pass this on, very thought provoking.

Dreams

Most of us don't realize the dream that lies within us until a fateful friendship or connection happens with another person.  Then you somehow catch that person's dream, because dreams are contagious.  What's your dream?

Wealth Building Thoughts

"So what do we do? Anything. Something. So long as we just don't sit there. If we screw it up, start over. Try something else. If we wait until we've satisfied all the uncertainties, it may be too late."

Mighty quote

"I'm not gonna ease up, let up, give up or shut up until I'm taken up"

Fresh Ideas

Do you always have to have a new idea to start  a business or can you bring a fresh approach to an existing product to the market place and start a profitable business?  Are there still new ways to improve the mousetrap?  Just something to think about as we read about and experience more layoffs in our jobs?

What would you do the next 90 days?

What will the next 90 days look like in your life?  Will they be like the last 90 days?  Can a website of your own in the next 90 days make a difference in your life and business?

Before you go to bed tonight!

Before you go to bed tonight, take a moment and ask yourself the following questions.
What is my soul's journey?  What is my divine right livelihood?  What will bring me from the right place to my true place?
Let your inner guidence system ponder these questions and see what is revealed to you the next morning.

We need People

We need people who are not afraid to dare.  People who answer to no-one but their dream of how the world should be.  We need people who can "wow the soul, give big and love big".  We need people just like you to see the world differently and make it so.  The world can look different and be different in a heartbeat.

Farmville on Facebook

I just started playing farmville on facebook.  Easy little game to play, but I have learned a very Big lesson from the few days I have been playing.  You have to plow the land, plant the seed and harvest to have any coins.  Huh!  In life, do you think if we planted some seed (some idea, any idea) and worked out the kinks of the idea so we could harvest that we would have some extra coins?       Just a thought

The idea behind New Hope Society

I have met a lot of people lately that seem to have lost all hope. We chose our name to let people know that there is always hope and we want to form a society of people full of hope and support for each other.

We affectionately call ourselves NHS cubed because Pam x Terri x Carol = SUCCESS.  We are each 1/3 of the cubed and the 3 of us together have much more power than we do individually.  When we are together we inspire each other, we feed off of each other, and nurture each others ideas.  We work well on our own but together our talent, inspiration, and energy is magnified several times over.  Our common goal is to become successful by helping others become successful.  To that end we are striving to grow professionally, personally, spiritually and emotionally and hope to inspire everyone we touch to do the same.

Local Library class to locate Economic Data and more

This is a local event that was sent to me because I am a Library Fan on Facebook.  Wanted to pass on the information since the Economy is on everyones mind these days.

Tulsa City-County Library: Economic State of the Nation and International Trade Data
Thursday, October 8 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. & 1:30-3:30 p.m.

Central Library, 2nd floor Computer Training Room

All data is provided by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The afternoon session will offer insight into USA Trade Online to find specific U.S. export and import information on more than 18,000 commodities worldwide from the U.S. Department of Commerce. Then learn how to find importers and exporters of specific commodities by using Piers Trade Finance or look for international businesses and customers using MDDI. Preregistration is required, so phone 596-7946 to reserve a spot.

Encouragement

In order to flourish and truly soar in life, we need a steady stream of encouragement for the soul. In a world that can wear us down spiritually, we need inspiration for ourselves... and we need to be ready to share what we receive with others. Is there someone who needs to hear a kind word from you today?

Would having your own website help?  If we had a 3 hour class that showed you how to set up your own website and you left with a working basic website, would that be helpful?  Let us know

What's holding you back?

I knew I had everything I needed right here, right now. The only thing holding me back was me.
What a liberating feeling!  Whew - What a thought.

Quote from Michael Dell - Dell Computers

Michael Dell encapsulated his secrets of success in an entrepreneurs conference in Texas, when he said "First of all, don't start a business just because everybody else is doing it or it looks like it's a way to make a lot of
money. Start a business because you found something you really love doing and have a passion for. Start a business because you found something unique that you can do better than anyone else. And start a business
because you really want to make a big contribution to society over a long period of time."  Michael Dell started Dell Computers with a big passion and $1,000.

Inconvenience

Every person that has been successful has formed the habit of doing things others don't like to do.
If you always told the truth and went the extra mile for clients and friends would it make a difference in
your life?

Penquins of Madagascar

My husband and I like to watch the kids cartoon on Nick called "The Penquins of Madagascar".  For those of you that haven't seen the show, it's 4 little penquins that are always performing some good deed in the zoo.
It's a life lesson in the simplest form - they see a problem (or opportunity), look at their options to solving it, calculate to the best of their knowledge what it will take to get the job done and most of the time they have to recalculate because their knowledge wasn't quite strong enough for the situation.  They go back to the drawing board and recalculate and reach their goal this time.  I haven't ever seen a time when they gave up because it was too hard, they just recalculate until the solution comes to them and they execute the solution.
WOW, what would our lives be like today if we followed that simple example.  Let's not give up, let's recalculate on making our dreams come true.

Success Principle

The most important success principle whether building health or wealth seems to be:
"Do what you should do, when you should do it, whether you feel like it or not."
Think about that as a guiding light and let me know what life would be like if you lived
by this one rule alone.

Quote from Winston Churchill

"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."  Winston Churchill

Here at New Hope Society, LLC our mission statement is to give the first 10% to charity.  We invite you to join us on our journey of wealth building with sincere hearts and open hands.

Most important is your health

Most important thing we have is our health - it is #1 and all the zeros behind our one 1,000,000,000 are still just zeros if we do not have our health.  This blog is about making the zeros.  We encourage all caregivers (and that is all of us at one time or another) to take care of their health (1) first, so they can take care of the others that need them and we will work together to add the zeros to your wealth.
